Whether she's zip-lining down the Niagara Escarpment, riding camels in Israel or moonlighting as a trapeze artist Sharon Caddy relishes each new adventure that working on a show like Real Life offers.
"I love the challenges that Real Life puts in front of me every day," says Caddy. "I am constantly learning and trying new things. No two days are ever alike."
The former fitness instructor and cheerleader for the Hamilton Tiger Cats first began her broadcasting career as a radio announcer before moving to television where she spent nine years as a weather anchor at CTV before joining CTS to host and produce Real Life.
A busy mom of two daughters, one a competitive dancer and the other a competitive gymnast, the Burlington, Ontario native's "real life" is truly reflected in the show.

Tanya Prokomenko
Real Life Co-Host/Producer
CTS is Tanya Prokomenko's broadcasting home; she began her career in front of the camera hosting Entertainment Extra before moving to producing and co-hosting Real Life.
"I have the most amazing job," says Prokomenko. "Sampling gourmet recipes, exploring Caribbean destinations, meeting celebrities – what could be better than that?"
Mom to two-year old Nathan, when not in front of the camera, Tanya enjoys fishing, shopping, devouring fashion and lifestyle magazines and experimenting in the kitchen.
